Aerium raises US$2.5 million to build the future of industrial work

Earlier this summer, Aerium closed US$2.5 million in seed funding from Gutter Capital and strategic angel investors. Today we are sharing the news as we grow the team.

Manufacturers and distributors power the physical economy, and the people who make and move products deserve the most advanced technology there is.

We both grew up around manufacturing, then spent years at McKinsey building software and agentic AI for industrial clients. Again and again we saw how hard it is to coordinate work when the information lives across systems, spreadsheets, inboxes and people's heads.

We want Aerium to be the next Honeywell, Emerson or Siemens.

We expect AI to become part of industry's core infrastructure, and we are building an operating layer that companies can rely on for decades.

What we are building

Our first product is an AI workforce for manufacturers and distributors. It helps with quoting, production coordination, procurement, maintenance prediction and day-to-day decisions, and it gets better with every job and order it learns from.

Just as important, it preserves the expertise people have built over their careers, so it can be used wherever it is needed and passed on to the next generation.

What comes next

The funding goes into product development, deeper customer deployments and growing the team. Thank you to our investors and customers. We are building Aerium for the long term.
